STAENZ Academy – Placement Program – Student Guidelines & Rules
The placement program at STAENZ Academy is designed to help eligible and job-ready students connect with suitable employment opportunities. Placement support is a valuable opportunity, and students are expected to maintain professionalism, commitment, and discipline throughout the process.
1. Eligibility for Placement
Students must fulfil the following requirements before applying for placement:
- The course must be successfully completed before applying for job placement.
- Completion of the internship is highly recommended and will strengthen your job profile.
- Your resume/CV must be updated and ready before you apply.
- Your portfolio/work samples must be ready wherever applicable.
- Students should have the required knowledge and skills relevant to the job they are applying for.
- Students who are genuinely ready to work for a minimum of one year should apply for placement. Do not apply if you are planning to leave the job shortly after joining.
2. Placement Preparation
Before being recommended for a company, students may be required to participate in:
- Mock interviews
- HR interview preparation
- Technical/skill-based interviews
- Resume and portfolio review
- Communication and professional behaviour preparation
Students are expected to take this preparation seriously and attend all scheduled sessions.
3. Communication & Availability
- Students must remain active and responsive on the official STAENZ Academy Telegram group/channel and on phone calls.
- The Placement Coordinator may contact you regarding job openings, interviews, document requirements, or other placement-related matters.
- Students must respond to placement-related calls/messages promptly and professionally.
- Keep your phone number active and ensure that important calls from the Placement Coordinator are not missed.
- If you are temporarily unavailable, inform the Placement Coordinator in advance.
4. Interview Attendance
- Once a student confirms interest in a job opportunity, attendance at the interview becomes a responsibility.
- Interviews may be conducted at STAENZ Academy, online, or at the company’s location, depending on the employer’s requirements.
- Students must reach the interview location on time and be appropriately dressed and prepared.
- Missing an interview without a genuine and prior-intimated reason may affect future placement opportunities.
5. Professional Conduct
Students represent both themselves and STAENZ Academy during the placement process. Therefore:
- Maintain professional behaviour with employers, HR representatives, interviewers, and the Placement Coordinator.
- Do not provide false information regarding your qualifications, experience, skills, or availability.
- Do not submit fake or misleading certificates, work samples, or information.
- Communicate respectfully with companies and STAENZ Academy staff.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information shared during the recruitment process.
6. Commitment After Selection
- If you accept a job offer, you are expected to honour your commitment to the employer.
- Do not accept an offer and subsequently withdraw without a valid reason.
- Do not use placement opportunities merely to gain interview experience if you have no genuine intention of joining.
- If you have accepted a job, immediately inform the Placement Coordinator.
7. Multiple Opportunities
Students may be considered for opportunities based on their skills, eligibility, profile, location, salary expectations, availability, and employer requirements.
Placement support does not mean that every student will receive every job opportunity. The final decision regarding selection rests with the employer.
8. Location & Work Requirements
Students should clearly communicate their genuine preferences and limitations regarding:
- Job location
- Work-from-office/hybrid/remote requirements
- Salary expectations
- Joining availability
Do not agree to conditions during the recruitment process that you are unwilling to accept after selection.
9. Documents & Information
Keep all required documents ready, including:
- Updated Resume/CV
- Portfolio/work samples
- Educational certificates
- Internship certificate, if applicable
- Identity and other documents required by the employer
- Any other documents requested during recruitment
10. Placement is a Professional Responsibility
STAENZ Academy will make reasonable efforts to connect eligible students with suitable opportunities and support them throughout the recruitment process. However, selection depends on the student’s performance, skills, communication, professionalism, and the employer’s requirements.
Students are therefore expected to treat every placement opportunity seriously.
Important
Apply only when you are genuinely job-ready and committed to working.
Your placement opportunity begins with your preparation, but your professionalism, commitment, and performance determine your success.
