Hotline Chat Rules & Code of Conduct

  1. Be Prepared. Be Precise.
Come with your query ready. Keep it focused and express it within 3-5 minutes so others also get their turn.
  2. One Query at a Time:
Ask one question at a time. For more, rejoin the queue if needed.
  3. Wait Your Turn Patiently:
You may be kept in the waiting room if the trainer is resolving other queries or addressing a priority case. Your patience is appreciated.
  4. Special Requests Are Welcome – But Keep Them Brief:
If you wish to discuss readmission, class timing issues, or feedback, you may directly speak with the Training Director (Tejaswini Deshpande) through this Hotline – but keep it short and action-focused.
  5. Once a Solution Is Given, It Is Final.
If the Training Director offers you a decision or resolution – that is the official stance of the Academy. Kindly respect it and follow it without sending repeat messages on WhatsApp or Telegram to other trainers or staff.
  6. No Repeating Queries Across Channels:
Do not message the same question to other team members once you’ve used the Hotline. This leads to confusion and clutters the system.
  7. Hotline Is Not for Mental Health Support:
While we care deeply for your well-being, this is not a space for personal counselling. For emotional or psychological concerns, we recommend seeking appropriate help.
  8. Politeness Is Non-Negotiable:
Be respectful and professional at all times. The Hotline is a shared space, and decorum must be maintained.
  9. Only Relevant Queries Allowed:
Ask questions related to course topics, tools, projects, internships, admissions, and academy processes. Avoid casual talk or personal conversations.
  10. Use Your Full Name to Join:
Always log into Zoom using your registered full name, so we can recognize and support you efficiently.
  11. Time May Be Limited on Busy Days:
If there’s a high volume of queries, your time with the trainer may be limited to 5–7 minutes.
  12. No WhatsApp Follow-Ups for Hotline Queries:
If you’ve used the Hotline and received an answer, avoid following up with the same issue on WhatsApp or Telegram.
  13. This Is a Support Tool – Not a Shortcut:
The Hotline is here to guide, not spoon-feed. Use it with sincerity and responsibility.
