Dear interns/students,
Please go through each and every point below to understand the placement team’s operational policies. We strictly adhere to the below rules, and follow them with all our capabilities.
- Each intern who has applied for job placement will be offered at least three to five relevant job opportunities. We believe in providing equal opportunities to all our interns to help them kickstart their career in the best possible way.
- In case an intern receives a job offer that matches or exceeds the market standards, but they refuse to accept it for any reason, the priority will be given to other candidates. We will not be responsible for the intern’s placement after one job offer as our primary goal is to ensure that every intern receives an opportunity.
- You should be ready to travel to attend the job interviews in case your town doesn’t have enough opportunities.
- To be eligible for job placement, the intern must complete their course, their internship with full attendance and good feedback from their lead. Punctuality and commitment are essential qualities that every employer looks for in their employees.
- The applicant should study about the company, it’s culture, it’s products, services etc. before going for the interview. It shows how important that job is for them and how serious they are to join that company.
- A professional and respectful attitude is expected from every intern. Interpersonal skills are a vital aspect of a professional work environment, and we encourage our interns to develop good communication skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and related domains is a must-have to be eligible for job placement. This industry is constantly evolving, and one must have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
- A well-updated resume, Candidate Profile Document, and completed assignments, presentations, and certifications are essential for job placement. A strong profile showcasing your skills, achievements, and relevant experience can significantly increase your chances of landing a job.
- Every intern must abide by the company’s policies and rules. Any violation may result in termination of internship or cancellation of job placement.
- The job offers provided by the placement team are based on the intern’s skills, experience, and qualifications. We strive to match each intern’s career aspirations with the right job opportunities. But the applicant should also make sure they have studied well about the market, the opportunities and what is best for their career growth. He/she needs to align his/her career aspirations accordingly.
- It is the intern’s responsibility to keep the placement team updated on their job search status and any job offers received. This will help the team keep track of their progress and offer assistance if required.
- If interns/applicants are not present during the placement drives or absent in internship days, the placement team does not assure that every intern will receive a job offer. However, we provide support and guidance to every intern in their job search to the best of our ability.
- The placement team expects every intern to be proactive and take initiative in their job search. Networking, attending job fairs, and applying to relevant job openings are some ways to increase their chances of finding suitable job opportunities.
- The intern must maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the job search and placement process. Any breach of trust or unethical behavior may result in termination of the internship or cancellation of job placement.
