At STAENZ Digital Marketing Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and students may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully. The important part of this policy is also included below each receipt document you receive on fees payment.

The below policy is applicable to all the courses and training programs offered at STAENZ Digital Marketing Academy.

1. Registration Fees Refund

Refund Eligibility: The registration fee is fully refundable if requested within 5 days from the date of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the refund request has been approved and will be usually received in the same mode of payment which student has used to pay the fees.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund of the registration fee, students must email us at support[at]staenz[dot] com or talk to your counselor within the 5-day period. After 5 days, the registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Admission Fees Refund

Refund Eligibility: Once the admission fee has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable.

Reason for Non-Refund: The non-refundable nature of the admission fee is due to the involvement of several third-party service providers in processing student admissions. Significant portions of the fees are allocated towards these third parties, including Learning Management System (LMS) providers, technical platforms, and other partners involved in course delivery. As such, once the admission process is initiated, the Academy incurs expenses that cannot be reclaimed, making the refund of the admission fee impossible.

3. No Fractional Refunds Based on Attendance

Full Fees Commitment: The fees paid cover the entire course, and under no circumstances can they be divided or fractionalized based on the number of days or sessions attended. Requests for partial refunds based on attendance will not be considered. The full course fee applies whether or not all sessions are attended, as the resources and third-party services required for the program are reserved upon admission.
